Monday-Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm, just like most lenders and title companies do. If reaching out after hours, you will receive a response the next business day. If a new contract comes in after 3:00pm, it will be processed the following business day.

On average it takes approximately 19 hours of your time to complete one transaction.
