Monday-Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm. Just like most lenders and title companies. If reaching out after hours, you’ll receive a response the next business day. If a new contract comes in after 3:00pm, it will be processed the following business day.

A TC oversees your transaction from contract to close. Including all the communication, timelines, and documents.

On average it takes approximately 19 hours of your time to complete one transaction. Give your clients that concierge experience by letting us take care of your paperwork so you can do more of what you love.

We do all of my work online so we can serve you in the most easiest and efficient way possible. We don’t need to be located in the same city or state in order to use our services. Super convenient for you!

One of the largest benefits to hiring an independent TC is that it eliminates the pressure of paying an employee. Which can be tough during a slow market, month, or season. When you hire an employee, you are responsible for overhead. Think taxes, health insurance, workman’s comp insurance, etc.

You have a couple of options. The most prefered option by agents is to be paid with closing by way of having our fee deducted from your commission. You can also be invoiced with easy payment options. pre listing and broker audit/compliance orders isre due within 24 hours of completion and are independent from contract to close services. Full service transaction coordination is due within 48 hours of closing regardles of how you choose to pay.

No. We don’t discuss or negoitate price and terms. We are not required to be licensed by the states we serve. Our services are to serve and support the businesses of our agents. To be licensed would be a conflict of interest with competing brokerages.

No long term contracts and no minimum volume. Use me when you need me.

No. All of your transactions will be managed within my platform.

I don’t share your information or your client’s information with anyone ever, keeping your information and your client’s information safe and secure.

No! No closing. No fee. Life happens and deals fall through. We understand. We don’t charge a cancellation fee either. Even though we have lost valuable time on the transaction, so did you. We are in this together. 

This is primarily up to you as our client. At the start of work together, we will discuss the best communication options. Rest assured we want to make things as easy as possible for you. 

We have found that direct communication with your client will significantly streamline the process. We are happy to copy you on all emails with your client.
